Returns of Defective Products

In case of defective product, let us know within 24 hours at +306937484003

  • Attention: In case the product reaches you damaged, please inform the Courier company
    within the next few hours so that they can take responsibility. Otherwise no return can be made.

During the refund process, either your account can be credited for a new or future purchase,or a refund can be made to you.

In case of change with another product:

  • Contact the ELTA Courier store in your area to receive your parcel.
  • The parcel is sent at the recipient’s expense (ours, nothing is paid to the courier).
  • The replacement will be done by us as soon as possible.

Exceptions to the return

Returns are not accepted on products that are not eligible for refunds,

for health reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery (such as earrings).

Return of non-defective products We inform our dear customers that it is not possible to return non-defective products and compensation / refund to the customer.

In case you want a refund:

  • Write on a plain piece of paper that you want your money back, IBAN account number, beneficiary name and the bank to which the account belongs.
  • You must send the product to us only by courier and at your own expense The money is deposited within the next 7 working days and concerns the purchase cost of the products
